Main application and Performance: Model FB5A Auto flipping tape edge machine is an ideal equipment for automatic product line of mattress production, by using the structure of moving and fixing sewing head. The tape edge machine could make the mattress move out, corner and flip automatically; its unique abilities such as sewing head quto raising or lowering at the corner, speed auto slowdown at the corner, sewing speed auto recovery after passing corner, adjustable sewing head tilting angle, adjustable sewing head lift, adjustable sewing quality.
Technical Feature:
1, heavy-duty 300U Chain stitch sewing head and variable speed control, the auto flipping tape edge machine is capable of taping all sizes of mattresses from crib to king.
2, Specifically designed for today's heavy mattresses, the tope sewing speed can run up to 3000 RPM.
3, The operator remains in a stationary sewing position while wide controlled conveyor belts move the mattress. The compression and turning devices built into the machine bring the mattress to the sewing head.
4, Sewing head could raise or lower and slowdown automatically at the corner, stitch more beautifully.
